Download Lichii Emulator Build 88 for Windows, macOS, or Linux. This experimental, open-source Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 emulator is available through verified GitHub release assets. Build 88 was published on November 6, 2026, as a pre-release, so expect some games to crash, run slowly, or show visual errors.

Windows
This ZIP package is for 64-bit Windows computers. Clicking the button starts the GitHub download immediately. Extract the ZIP file before launching Lichii; don’t run the program from inside the compressed folder.
macOS
Requires macOS 15 or newer and an Apple Silicon Mac.
This DMG supports ARM64 Macs with Apple Silicon. Intel Mac builds are not included in this release. Open the downloaded DMG, follow the installation steps, and review any macOS security message before continuing.
Linux x86_64
Choose this AppImage for most 64-bit Intel or AMD Linux computers. Make the file executable, then open it. If it doesn’t start, check the file permission and your distribution’s AppImage support.
Linux ARM64
Use this package only on an ARM64 Linux device. It won’t work on a standard x86_64 computer. Check your processor architecture before downloading.
Before You Install

Lichii doesn’t include games, firmware, prod keys, title keys, or copyrighted system files. You must obtain required files legally from hardware and games you own. Emulation laws and platform terms can vary by country, so check the rules that apply to you.
Because Build 88 is experimental, compatibility isn’t guaranteed. Keep a backup of saves, update graphics drivers, and start with default settings. If Lichii crashes, confirm that you downloaded the correct build, extract it fully, restart your computer, and test again.
